LAYING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Weed squares are available in the following standard sizes: 500mm x 500mm, 650mm x 650mm,1m x 1m. They are pre slit to centers and usually tied in bundles of 25.
2. Plant the tree as per normal recommended procedure.
3. Smooth the ground around the base of plant, ensure the area is free from weeds.
4. Place the EkoCover Weed Square around the tree and fold the corners under to provide a double purchase: then secure by using EkoCover Pins in each folded corner and if required an extra Pin at the centre of the Square near the stem.
5. Ensure that the “slit” is overlapped before securing the two edges; this will control weeds along the slit length.
6. This EkoCover system and also the Pins will biodegrade.
